Mr. Lordeman has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of SpecialtyCare, the nation’s largest provider of outsourced clinical services to hospitals, where he led the company’s mergers and acquisitions program. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions with Renal Care Group, VHA (now Vizient), and Partners National Health Plans, focusing on business development, managed care, strategic growth, and healthcare operations.

Since retiring in 2014, Jim has taught healthcare finance at Lipscomb University and serves on the university’s Health Care Executive Advisory Board. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
