Dr. Sohan (USAF, Retired) is currently Division Chief at the Air Force District of Washington. He is charged with combined inter-agency exercises planning, execution and evaluation, Readiness Reporting and Aerospace Expeditionary Forces planning in the National Capital Region.

During more than 25 years with the U.S. Air Force he has served in numerous capacities including logging over 4,500 flying hours as a pilot and teaching economics at the Air Force Academy.

He holds a doctorate in economics from Texas A&M University and is an adjunct professor of economics at the University of Maryland University College.
